RETURN POLICY 


IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER, PLEASE TRY ALL WAYS TO REACH US! You can email us at customerservice@angelajamesboutique.com or message us on social media. 

We want you to LOVE all of your purchases (s), but we understand that may not always be the case. Any eligible return will be given STORE CREDIT ONLY. Due to being a small business, we can only offer returns within 14 days of delivery. After this 14-day period, NO returns/exchanges will be accepted.  

Please make sure you return your items to the address listed below. The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping cost for the return. 

We will apply store credit to the email associated with the order once we receive the returned items.

Please include the original packing slip with the return. 

For the items to be eligible for return, they MUST be in NEW condition. This means unworn, unwashed, and odor-free in order to receive your store credit. The items must not contain any markings from deodorant, makeup, etc. Upon receiving the items, and if any of these are found when inspecting the return, we will not issue the return credit, and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay the shipping to have the items returned to them. 

Items purchased on sale or at a discount and accessories are FINAL SALE & can not be returned. If any discounted item or accessory is returned, it will NOT be processed. 

Angela James is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you think your package may be lost or stolen, please contact USPS customer service to assist you.
